| How to Play Race Bike Manager |

Team Selection
|
RaceBikeManager teams will be comprised of 12 riders, with 2 riders selected from each of the nominated championship series; MotoGP, 250GP, 125GP, WSB, WSS and BSB.
Each rider has been allocated a purchase value and you will have to manage your £30,000,000 budget to select a team which you think will achieve the most number of points over a season.

Points Scoring
|
Points are on the same basis as the series that your rider is competing in. For example, if a rider in your team wins a WSB race, then your team will be allocated 25 points towards your total score.
The points awarded for all of the championship series are as follows:-
1st: 25, 2nd: 20, 3rd: 16, 4th: 13, 5th: 11, 6th: 10, 7th: 9, 8th: 8, 9th: 7, 10th: 6,
11th: 5, 12th: 4, 13th: 3, 14th: 2, 15th: 1
WSB and BSB run two races per round, each race will count separately. For example if a rider in BSB wins both races at a meeting, then that will be worth 50 points in total for each team that has selected him as a rider.

Pole Position Bonus Points
|
|
5 Bonus points per meeting are allocated to the rider who takes Pole Position in his championship series.

Player Referral Bonus Points
|
3 Bonus points will be awarded to your team for every RaceBikeManager player who enters your email
address as the referred on first registration and then goes on to activate their account.
Referral Bonus points will not count towards your actual race point totals, but will be added to your
team's final points score as the first means to resolve ties between teams finishing equal in
prize-winning table positions.

Tied Scores
|
|
In the event of a tie remaining unbroken after the addition of Player Referral bonus points, the winning team will be the one with the most number of rider wins in all championship series throughout the season. If necessary, the total of second places and so on downwards will be used to determine final team placings.

Team Changes
|
Once you have submitted your initial RaceBikeManager team selection you will be unable to change your line up until the first transfer period.
There will be a number transfer periods during the season. During each transfer period you will be able to change up to 3 riders. You will be notified via your registered email address when these transfer periods are scheduled.

Race Team/Rider Withdrawals and Replacements
|
If a rider is injured and unable to race, any points won by a substitute rider taking his place on the grid will not be counted towards your RaceBikeManager score. For example, Marco Melandri misses 2 MotoGP rounds due to injury and his bike is raced instead by his team's test rider. Just as any points the test rider wins would not count towards Melandri's championship total, neither will they count towards your RaceBikeManager total.
If for any reason a rider withdraws completely from a championship, no RaceBikeManager rider replacement will be permitted until the next transfer period. Any points won in the interim by a team's substitute rider will not count towards your RaceBikeManager team's score. For example, Alex Hoffman is fired by Kawasaki and his place taken by Chas Davies with 2 races to go before a transfer period. Any points scored by Davies in those 2 races will not count towards your score. However, if you subsequently nominate Davies to replace Hoffman in your team at the next transfer period, any points he scores thereafter will be added to your RaceBikeManager total.
If for any reason a rider leaves his original race team during the course of a season and is hired by another team in the same championship series, any points he wins with his new team will count immediately towards your RaceBikeManager total.
If a race team fails to participate in the first race meeting of their series' season, RaceBikeManager players may apply to nominate replacement rider(s) within their allocated budget. However, points will be awarded to any such replacement riders from the second race meeting of the series onwards only.
If a race team withdraws from the series after participating in the first race of the season, no RaceBikeManager rider replacements will be permitted until the next transfer period.

Deadlines
|
|
If your team is not chosen by midnight on the Thursday before the weekends racing, you will not earn any points for that weekend. The teams are automatically submitted at midnight and cannot be altered to include late entries.

Prizes
|
|
We are not a commercial organisation. All of the prizes we offer are sponsored by companies you will see advertised on the site. We cannot be held responsible for a sponsor pulling their prize out of the competition. All prizes include postage to the UK where applicable. Donations will be required towards P+P for delivery to locations outside of the UK.
